Refunds in cases of cancellation are mentioned in the cancellation policy, kindly refer to the same.
Order acceptance is subject to the availability of products, delivery areas, and time. The order may not be accepted or the order might be canceled after assessing the circumstances and communicating with the customer. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded in the customer’s wallet or bank account.
Only one attempt delivery will be made. Kindly note, Please confirm the availability of the recipient before selecting the time slot. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will not be made and the order will be marked as canceled. No refund will be made in such cases.
The refunds are only initiated once the customer sends an E-mail that where the refund has to be done Kinkin wallet or bank account.
Refund will be credited in Kinkin wallet within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Refunds are processed to your source payment method within 5-7 working days.
Address change request
Changes in the address are permitted without any extra charges only before 24 hours of delivery.
- Within 24 hours period before delivery, extra charges is Rs 200
- Some time address changes requests are not accepted, in that case, no refund or cancellation shall be entitled.
